Services

Earthecoflush provides custom clothing decoration services, including but not limited to custom patches, embroidery, and appliqués. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order with Earthecoflush:

  • You are making an offer to purchase our services at the quoted price
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, though orders already placed will honor the quoted price
  • Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Design and Intellectual Property

When you provide designs or artwork:

  • You warrant that you have the right to use and reproduce the design
  • You are responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Earthecoflush retains the right to refuse any design that may infringe on intellectual property rights or is inappropriate
  • You grant us permission to use your design solely for the purpose of creating your ordered items

Production and Delivery

Regarding production timelines and delivery:

  • Production begins only after design approval and payment receipt
  • Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery deadlines but are not liable for delays beyond our control
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

Quality and Approval

By approving a design proof:

  • You accept responsibility for the accuracy of all text, images, and specifications
  • You acknowledge that final products may vary slightly from digital mockups due to the nature of textile decoration
  • We maintain high quality standards and will replace defective items resulting from our error

Cancellations and Refunds

Please review our Return Policy for detailed information about cancellations, returns, and refunds. Custom-made items may not be eligible for refund once production has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Earthecoflush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim in connection with our services or products is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered or the cost of supplying the services again.

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree to use them in a lawful, fair, and reasonable manner. In particular, you agree not to:
